Shinduk Kang’s blossoming still life arrangements brighten the summer atmosphere, a joyful outlook on life evident throughout Kang’s body of work. She incorporates a vast array of colors in her lenticular works. Significantly present in her Still Life lenticular works is a change in visual perspective, which generates a shift in groups of colors with a kaleidoscopic effect: black, purple, yellow, orange, red, and green. Her humorous approach to color magnifies the joy she seeks in her surroundings.
